LATEST is a curated design reference platform that allows users to browse a collection of design references, discover visually similar work, and receive AI-generated creative direction. Some features are freely available to all visitors, while others require authentication and are available to authorized users only.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted features or other users' data
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service without express permission

4. Intellectual Property

The curation, selection, arrangement, and editorial content of LATEST are the intellectual property of civilian.design. The LATEST name, branding, and interface design are proprietary.

Individual design references displayed on the Service are the property of their respective creators and are curated for purposes of commentary, criticism, and education. 5. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time through the profile settings page, which will permanently remove your account data, saved collections, and associated information.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content displayed on the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, civilian.design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
